Payment Policy
We accept all secure payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, bank transfer and wise. Additionally, we offer a payment plan that allows you to secure your bookings by paying just 25% upfront, and 50% during peak holiday periods like Christmas, New Year, and Easter. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days before your arrival date, or alternatively, you can pay in cash upon arrival.However, to save yourselves complications on arrival, please ensure you do one of the following:
1- We advise that you should Make full payment online by credit card before arrival to save yourself complications on arrival.
2- Pay the full amount by direct bank transfer before the holiday starts.
Notes:-
Make sure you authorize your cards with your bank and Credit Card Company before you travel so that you don't find yourself on holiday with cards you cannot use.

Note: For any nationality If you have a valid schengen or USA Visa or Uk Visa we can provide you with visa service upon arrival. You don’t need to apply in the embassy beforehand.

Kindly note that the hotel rating in Egypt is NOT the same as in the USA or Europe.
High standard hotels
To ensure you enjoy the quality of accommodation on your trip, we created a list of Luxury or Ultimate Luxury hotels for clients who would normally stay in western 5 star hotels. We only recommend the Luxury or Ultimate Luxury options when staying in Egypt if you want a hotel that is recognised as 4-5 star in USA/ EU/UK etc
Basic hotels:
5 star hotels, as graded in Egypt, simply provide basic accommodation - similar to 3 star in most parts of Europe and are NOT recommended by us as we receive many complaints from our guests about them. 5 star hotels, as graded in Egypt, are suitable for customers who can be satisfied staying in 2-3 star accommodation in USA/ EU/UK etc.
Our Luxury plan or Ultimate Luxury plan, (plans B and C) are always recommended as the minimum you should book when visiting Egypt.
-Triple rooms in Egypt hotels are not recommended as its double room with extra little bed for child
Highly recommended for Nile Cruises:
We recommend you book 1 tour guide for the Nile cruise - this means that he/she will stay on the cruise with you and talk you through all aspects of your cruise whilst it is moving. It does cost extra 70 $ for (5 star cruises) and extra 90 $for (Luxury cruises) 150$ (ultimate luxury cruises)but from the experience of previous customers - it is worth it. If you choose not to take this option, then we will provide you with local guides at each stop of the Nile cruise, as per the normal arrangements.
The benefits of having 1 guide throughout your cruise are:
- You do not have to meet a new guide and get to know them each time you disembark
- There is someone there to explain the cruise itinerary and make sure you don't miss anything
- You get top quality information throughout your cruise not just when you disembark
The benefits far outweigh the extra cost of 70$ o r 90$ so therefore we highly recommend it.

You can request one of our professional photographers to join you at the pyramids or any trip you would like. Our professional studio photographers capture your best angles and expressions in the best locations of your choice, for an additional $50 per day.
Pharaonic Costumes
Pharaonic costumes for men, such as a Pharaoh, and Cleopatra outfits for women are also available at an extra cost if requested.
Travelling by overnight train (NOT RECOMMENDED):
We don’t recommend it, it takes15 to 18 hours on a very noisy train. The toilets are not good and smelly. Food is not good in general.Beds: moderately comfortable. Comment from a client: “However, I am 6'0" (183 cm) tall and barely fit into the bed -- anyone taller would have to curl up.”
If you don't fancy travelling by overnight sleeper train then upgrade to our flight option. Enjoying extra nights of comfort in 5* hotel accommodation. We recommend that you upgrade this transfer to domestic flight. Extra supplement for a 1 way flight and 1 night at 5 star hotels is 150$ per person. Xmas. New Year and Easter supplements apply. Cruise schedules & Sailing times
Sometimes due to sailing conditions on the River Nile some Cruises itineraries, schedule and sailing times may be updated. We assure that our clients will see all what is on their itineraries but maybe in different order.
Domestic Flights:
The programs quote the average price of domestic flights with approximate timings.
Requests for specific flight times or changes to previously booked reservations may result in changes to the total price of the package. Some flights to Sharm or Hurghada are indirect flights via Cairo Airport.
During certain times of the year, high seasons and last-minute bookings, flight tickets can become very expensive without prior notice, which may result in additional charges.
