Tour Overview


Day 1: Arrive Cairo

Arrival to Cairo airport, Upon you arrival you will find our representative waiting you with the sign of Ramasside tours, then you will be transferred by A/C car to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo.


Day 2: Pyramids tour

Breakfast. Start your tour to The Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus, then proceed to visit the Great Sphinx, which dates back to the time of Chephren, visit the Valley Temple of the pyramids & many outstanding photo stops.

Move to visit the Step Pyramid of Zoser in Sakkara home of Egypt’s oldest pyramid, It was built in the 3rd Dynasty for King Djoser. Then Proceed to Memphis the ancient capital of Egypt, Watch the great Statue of Ramses II and the alabaster Sphinx of Memphis.

(Optional) Evening trip to attend the Sound & Light show in the Pyramids area.

Day 3: Museums tour

Breakfast. Start your tour visiting the Egyptian Museum of antiquities. which houses more than 250,000 artifacts displaying a rare collection of Egyptian art spanning over 5,000 years. The museum features an exceptional range of antiquities, including statues, mummies, and priceless relics that reflect the richness of ancient Egyptian civilization, offering a fascinating insight into Egypt’s timeless heritage.

Then move to visit Manial Palace. After that move to Gayer Anderson Museum.

Then move to the markets and bazaars where you can buy souvenirs. Then go to Khan El Khalili old Bazaar where you can visit the Textile Museum and Tent makers market.

Transfer back to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo.


Day 4 : Islamic tour

Breakfast .Start your tour to the Citadel of Salah El Din which was constructed by Salah El Din on the Moqattam hills in 1183 AD to defend Cairo from the armies of Crusaders. After that visit Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque which was designed by the architect Yousif Boushnaq, a Turkish man who came specially from Istanbul and built this great mosque for Mohamed Ali, the ruler of Egypt (1805-1849) who ruled Over 45 years.

Then move to visit Sultan Hassan & El-Refaie Mosques. Then proceed to Ibn Tulun Mosque, And then to Al-Azhar famous mosque and the first Islamic university.

Travel in comfort back to your hotel. Overnight in Alexandria.


Day 5 : Coptic tour

Breakfast then move to visit the old Coptic Cairo. This colorful quarter is the original home of the Coptic Christians, one of the worlds oldest Christian denominations. Stop to see the Hanging Church, aka St Virgin Mary Church. Built in the 7th century, this old church takes its name from its location: sited above a gateway in the old Roman fortress. Admire the courtyard and interior with its screens, marble pulpit and icons, and hear about its long history.

Next, after a visit to the Monastery and Church of St George, an early 20th-century church that is the only round church in Egypt, call at Abu Serga, a 5th-century Coptic Church. View the 24 interior columns and 12th-century icons on the walls, and learn how the church stands where the holy family is thought to have stayed during their flight into Egypt from Israel King Herod. Then, take a look at the Ben Ezra Synagogue, once a Christian church, before finishing your tour at the Coptic Museum, located in one of Coptic Cairo oldest areas. See some of the 16,000 ancient artifacts on display, including precious icons and books that illustrate the history of Egypt Coptic community.

At the end, you will be transferred back to your hotel.


Day 6:Tour to the Cave Church of St. Simon

Breakfast then move to visit the Monastery of Saint Simon, also known as the Cave Church of Zabbaleen. It is located in the Mokattam Mountain, a short drive through the so called “Garbage City’ – a large population of garbage collectors or Zabbaleen that live there.

In the morning pick up from your hotel in Cairo and visit the Monastery of Saint Simon, also known as the Cave Church of Zabbaleen. Several churches have been built into the caves found in Mokattam, First we visit, Saint Simon the Tanner Hall and St. Mark’s Church.

This huge cave was discovered in the year 1974. It was full of hundreds of tons of stones even up to the ceiling of the cave (which is 17 meters high from the ground), and was later prepared to contain two storeys: 1. The upper storey is the St. Simon the Tanner Hall, with seating capacity of 2000 people for spiritual meetings. The walls are decorated with many wonderful pictures engraved on the rocks representing scenarios from the Bible. 2. The lower storey is St. Mark’s Church, which was named after St. Mark the first preacher in Egyptian heritage.

Then we continue and visit the Cathedral of Virgin Mary and St. Simon the Tanner. The church was constructed around in the form of quarter circle to accommodate a few thousands of people and it is the biggest church in the monastery. After the tour transfer back to your hotel.


Day 7: Luxor Cruise

Breakfast. Transfer to the domestic airport. Departure by the plane to Luxor. Transfer to the Cruise. Embarkation. Lunch on board. Overnight in Luxor.


Day 8: Luxor East Bank tour

Breakfast on board. Visit The Temple of Karnak & the Temple of Luxor. Lunch on Board.

Day 9: Esna / Edfu

Breakfast on board. Visit The Temple of Esna. Sail to Edfu; visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu. Lunch on board. Sail to Kom Ombo. Afternoon Tea. Disco Party. Overnight in Kom Ombo.


Day 10: Aswan

Breakfast on board. Sail to Aswan. Start you tour visiting: The High Dam which was completed in 1964. From here you can gaze across Lake Nasser.

The Philae temple Sail by felucca (Egyptian sailboat) to the island of Agilkia. Visit the temple that was removed from their original island of Philae which lies submerged most of the year by the waters of Lake Nasser. The main Temple of Isis and its monuments were built between the 26th-dynasty and the Roman period. Overnight in Aswan.


Day 11: Aswan

Breakfast on board.

(Optional not included) Departure to visit the Temple of Abu Simbel, The colossal Temple of Abu Simbel built by Ramses II (XIXth. Dynasty) and lately saved from inundation of the Nile waters in among the glories of ancient Egyptian monuments.

The temples were built out of a sandstone rock cliff, and representation of the deities to which each was dedicated is carved on its huge façade. Nearby, also saved, lies the small Temple of the King’s wife Nefertari, dedicated to the goddess Hathor. Back to Aswan.

Day 12: Kom Ombo

Breakfast. Sail to Kom Ombo. Visit The Temple of Kom Ombo. Lunch on board. Sail to Edfu. Afternoon Tea. Dinner on board. Overnight in Luxor.


Day 13: Luxor West Bank Tour

Breakfast on board. Visit the West Bank- the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahari and the Colossi of Memnon facing the Nile.

Excursion to the Necropolis of Thebes, on the Eastern bank. Crossing the Nile, drive to the Valley of Kings; visit the tombs of various Dynasties, The Temple of Deir El Bahari. On the return journey stop at the Colossi of Memnon which are two gigantic sitting statues representing Amenopis III facing the Nile. Then visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut Lunch on Board. Afternoon Tea. Dinner on board. Disco Party. Overnight in Luxor.


Day 14: Disembarkation- Tour to Dendera and Abydos Temples

Breakfast on board.

Move to visit Abydos, the ancient Egyptian believed of god (Lord of the underworld) to be buried there. The temple was built by King Seti I, and completed by King Ramsess II, known as temple of Seti I. It is located in Abydos city about 420 km to the south of Cairo in Sohag Government, and 135 km from Luxor . The paintings of the Gods and Pharaohs on the walls of the Osiris Temple at Abydos are among the most beautifully preserved in Egypt.
Then continue to Dendera to visit the Temple of Hathor, goddess of love and joy.The temple is located in Dendera which is situated at the north of Luxor .

Day 15: Luxor- Sharm

Departure to airport to take your flight to Sharm El-Sheikh. Arrival and transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Sharm.

Day 22: Cairo – Alexandria Tour

Pickup from your hotel, Travel to Alexandria, First visit the insides of the Catacombs of Kom El Shokafa which are the largest Roman Cemetery consisting of three levels cut in the rock. Then you will drive to visit the Roman Amphitheater of Alexandria with the display of the sunken monuments of Alexandria which were discovered under the East harbor of Alexandria. You will also drive by Pompay’s Pillar and stop for a photo stop, (it was constructed in honor of the Emperor Diocletian at the end of the 4th century) .

After that, visit the Citadel of Quaitbay from inside and take outstanding photos inside and outside of it.

Next stop is the library of Alexandria; the biggest library in the world – now with 8 million books. Visit it’s open court where you can see the statue of Alexander the Great and the statue of Ptolemy the first, which was found underwater nearby.

You will visit the library’s reading hall inside, president Saddat Museum and impressions of Alexandria Museum.

Note: Alexandria Library is closed on Fridays and on every public holiday.

Optional lunch at at a modern Fish Restaurant or a famous and traditional Alexandrian food place called Mohamed Ahmed’s. The Queen of Spain and many famous people go there when they visit Alexandria.
The car will then take you to visit the church of St. Mark – the oldest church in Africa. Through your drive you will see the old downtown and the local historical architecture which has baroque style designs and Italian and French style properties.

Visit El Nabi Daniel Mosque which is believed by many people to be related to Alexander the great tomb, It is said to contain the remains of the scholar and venerated teacher Prophet Daniel and his companion Sidi Lokman el Hakim, a religious story-teller. then travel in comfort back to your hotel.

(Optional) Evening trip to have a Dinner at the Greek Club Restaurant with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean coast at night.

Day 23: Alexandria Tour 2

Breakfast. Your Ramasside Tour guide will pick you up from your hotel.

The car will then take you to visit the prettiest and biggest mosque in the city: the Abbo Elabbas Mosque, and the strangest sight outside it: an old funfair where children play on very antique funfair rides and eat candy floss.

Optional lunch at at a modern Fish Restaurant or a famous and traditional Alexandrian food place called Mohamed Ahmed’s. The Queen of Spain and many famous people go there when they visit Alexandria.
Opposite is the corniche and the old harbour where you can see the old fishing boats, men fishing and traditional fishermen making nets. The photos taken here are amazing. Continue to see the outside of Quaitbay castle which was built on the same site as the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria one of the seven wonders of ancient world . A most spectacular castle which is a great photo stop and then visit the Citadel from inside.

The car will then take you to the gardens of Montaza. On the way you can quickly have a 2 minute stop by the King of Mango and drink at Alexandrian’s drive thru freshly squeezed juices plus have a photo stop at the memorial of the Unknown Soldier of Alexandria. The beautiful coastline and all the views of the city are en route to Montaza Palace and gardens which is approx 25 km away, including the old harbor of Alexandria where we found 7000 monuments underwater.

Once in Montaza Gardens, commonly known as the Love Garden (all romantic couples and families go there) you will visit the royal gardens of King Farouk (the last king in the history of Egypt) and see the royal palaces of Haramlek and Salamlek as well as walk along the famous Montaza bridge and reach the Tea Palace island and see the royal beaches of the queens.

On your way back you will stop over the famous bridge of Stanley – the modern landmark of modern Alexandria.

Day 24: El Alamain Day Tour from Alexandria

Pickup from your hotel to start your trip to El Alamin .Learn about Rommel, the Desert Fox, and other figures of WWII who fought in Egypt, Drive for 1 hour to Alamein to visit the War Museum of Alamain, which includes the old weapons, tanks, flights, and bikes used in the World War. Also the descriptions actions of Montgomery, Rommel and the others participated in the battle are all on display.
