Tour Details

Alexandria offers many forms of entertainment, but I decided to show this city from another side: let us explore its dark side! We will start our tour by meeting at the entrance of the Qaitbay Citadel, which is always surrounded by mysteries. There, you will hear about the turbulent history of this city during its darkest periods, as well as stories about old houses located nearby.

Then, we will head to the enchanting, always-green Montaza Park, which was once one of the most royal places in the city. After that, we will continue our journey through the maze of the old streets of the old city, ending with a walk through the old neighborhood.

During the tour, we will visit various historical places, some of which are said to be inhabited by ghosts, while others are known for their dark stories or legends. This is a fully accompanied walking tour, so you can expect to hear many stories and then enjoy an evening walk through lesser-known parts of the city.

Alexandria Tour:

Please note that the Bibliotheca Alexandrina is closed on Fridays and official holidays. An additional ticket is required to enter the reading hall.

All tours do not include tickets for special archaeological sites, such as the interior of the pyramids, the Mummy Room at the Egyptian Museum, or the tomb of Tutankhamun in Luxor. These visits require additional tickets.

- 2 - 11.99 years old – 50% of the tour price

- Over 12 years old – full charge as adults

If the tour includes flights, there may be an additional charge for the child.
