Payment Policy:

We accept all secure payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American

Express , bank transfer and wise.

Tours and Prices:

 Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in Euro or British pound.

 The prices quoted per person and prices are always updated to ensure you

receive the lowest price possible. 

 Our tours are occasionally organized as semi-private, shared small tours.

Upon request, we can arrange for a fully private VIP tour.

Accommodations Plans:

Kindly note that the hotel rating in Egypt is NOT the same as in the USA or

Europe.

High standard hotels

 To ensure you enjoy the quality of accommodation on your trip, we

created a list of Luxury or Ultimate Luxury hotels for clients who would

normally stay in western 5 star hotels. We only recommend the Luxury or

Ultimate Luxury options when staying in Egypt if you want a hotel that is

recognised as 4-5 star in USA/UK etc

 Basic hotels

5 star hotels, as graded in Egypt, simply provide basic accommodation - similar

to 3 star in most parts of Europe and are NOT recommended by us. 5 star

hotels, as graded in Egypt, are suitable for customers who can be satisfied

staying in 2-3 star accommodation in the USA / UK etc.

Our Luxury plan or Ultimate Luxury plan, (plans B and C) are always

recommended as the minimum you should book when visiting Egypt.

Note: We book hotels and cruise ships according to availability on your travel dates.

Note: Some hotels raise their rates on peak times without prior notice. So, if you

request a specific hotel or cruise by name, kindly bear in mind that there might be

extra supplement in case the requested hotel raised their rates.

Cruise schedules & Sailing times:

 Sometimes due to sailing conditions on the Nile river, some Cruises

itineraries, schedule and sailing times may be updated. We assure that our

clients will see all what is on their itineraries but maybe in different order.

Domestic Flights:

 The programs quote the average price of domestic flights with approximate

timings.

 Requests for specific flight times or changes to previously booked

reservations may result in changes to the total price of the package. 

 Some flights to Sharm or Hurghada are indirect flights via Cairo Airport.

 During certain times of the year, high seasons and last-minute

bookings, flight tickets can become very expensive without prior

notice, which may result in additional charges.

Travelling by overnight train:

 We don’t recommend travelling by the overnight train, it takes15 to 18

hours on a very noisy train. The toilets are not good and smelly. Food is

not good in general and beds are moderately comfortable.

If you don't fancy travelling by overnight sleeper train then upgrade to our

flight option. Enjoying extra nights of comfort in 5-star hotel accommodation.

We recommend that you upgrade this transfer to domestic flight. 

Children Policy:

0 - 01.99 Free of Charge (unless flights were included)

2 - 5.99 pay 25% of tour price and 50% of tour price if it includes flights or

sleeper train

6 - 11.99 pay 50% of tour price

12+ pay full tour price as per adult person
