On your first day in Cairo, explore the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, home to an invaluable 5,000-year-old art collection, along with the Great Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. On the second day, fly south to Aswan to visit the Aswan High Dam and Philae Temple. Over the subsequent days, enjoy a scenic Nile River cruise stopping at Kom Ombo, Edfu, and Luxor, discovering grand monuments like Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple, and the Valley of the Kings. On the final day, fly back to Cairo for your airport transfer and departure.

Tour Itinerary & Details
Day 1: Arrival in Cairo / Giza Pyramids / Egyptian Museum
Arrival at Cairo International Airport. A representative will be waiting to meet and greet you holding a "Ramasside Tours" sign upon arrival. Transfer to your hotel in a private, air-conditioned vehicle.
Your first visit will be the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, showcasing a unique collection spanning 5,000 years of civilization—the world’s largest and most significant exhibition of ancient Egyptian art. View more than 250,000 authentic artifacts, including the world-famous treasures of King Tutankhamun—gold and jewels buried in his tomb for over 3,500 years and discovered intact in the 1920s.
Next, proceed to the magnificent Pyramids of Giza (the Pyramids of Cheops, Khafre, and Menkaure). The Great Pyramid of Cheops is the largest and most colossal of all ancient pyramids. Continue to the Great Sphinx, the iconic guardian statue featuring the body of a lion and the facial portrait of Pharaoh Khafre.
- Optional Evening Activity: Attend the Giza Pyramids Sound and Light Show.

Day 2: Cairo / Nile Cruise Embarkation / Aswan
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the domestic airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, visit the Aswan High Dam and the Island Temple of Philae.
Board your cruise ship and check in.
Overnight onboard the Nile cruise.
(Note: Due to river traffic and navigational operations on the Nile, sailing schedules and timings may adjust; however, all scheduled sightseeing visits are fully guaranteed).
Day 3: Nile Cruise / Kom Ombo / Edfu
Cruise toward Kom Ombo while enjoying afternoon tea on the sun deck. Tour the twin Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated jointly to the crocodile god Sobek and the winged falcon god Haroeris. Continue sailing toward Edfu. Enjoy dinner onboard followed by a lively dance performance.
Overnight onboard the Nile cruise.
Day 4: Nile Cruise / Edfu / Luxor
Breakfast onboard. Visit the remarkably preserved Temple of Horus at Edfu. Pass through the locks and sail north to Luxor.
- Optional Luxor East Bank Tour: An English-speaking licensed guide will lead you through Karnak Temple, the largest open-air religious complex in history, dedicated to the Theban Triad: Amun, his consort Mut, and their son Khonsu. Developed continuously from the Middle Kingdom through the Greco-Roman period.
- Continue to Luxor Temple, initiated by Pharaoh Amenhotep III during the 18th Dynasty and completed by Pharaoh Ramses II during the 19th Dynasty. Ramses II, one of ancient Egypt's most prominent rulers, governed for nearly 67 years. Admire the colossal granite statues and towering obelisk of Ramses II fronting the main pylon.
- Dinner served onboard.
- Overnight onboard in Luxor.
Day 5: Luxor / Flight back to Cairo
Breakfast onboard followed by disembarkation.
- Optional Hot Air Balloon Excursion: Drift peacefully over the Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, and the Tombs of the Nobles during an unforgettable 30 to 45-minute sunrise flight (weather permitting).
- Cross to Luxor's West Bank to tour the royal tombs in the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El-Bahari, and the towering Colossi of Memnon representing Amenhotep III.

- Hotel star classifications in Egypt differ from North American and European equivalents. We strongly advise choosing "Luxury" or "Ultimate Luxury" options, as some standard 5-star properties may reflect lower hospitality tiers.
- Visa Assistance Upon Arrival:
- Avoid airport lines and streamline entry procedures. Our airport team can pre-arrange your visa before arrival—simply submit a copy of your passport in advance. Travelers holding valid US, UK, or Schengen visas qualify for on-arrival entry support without needing prior embassy processing.
- Sleeper Trains (Not Recommended):
- Night trains are noisy, average 15 to 18 hours per journey, and offer basic amenities. We strongly recommend substituting long rail transfers with domestic flights coupled with an extra night in a 5-star hotel (approx. $150 per person). Holiday supplements may apply during peak seasons (Christmas, New Year, Easter).
